Studios and apartments can be rented directly from the owner.
Minimum rental time is one week. ( For shorter stay upon request )

4. For young guests until 26 years of age

The procedure is easy and safe and goes like this:
After agreement about the duration of your stay and the dates of arrival and departure by reservation form and email, you would send 30% of the rent to the bank account of the owner, Mr. Vassilis Deftereos. Then you would send us a copy of the bank receipt to our email. You will get a confirmation for your booking by email.
