All apartments at ALKIONIS Beach are spacious and comfortably
furnished. They have large balconies or terraces with table and chairs, private bathrooms with hairdryers and complete equipped kitchenettes. They also have SAT-TV and a safe deposit box. The windows and balcony doors are double glazed. All apartments have air conditioning. The cleaning of the apartments is done 3 times per week. Towels will be changed 2 times per week and linens once a week.
The apartments are suitable for 2 persons until families of 8 members. Some of the apartments are suitable for the handicapped. There are four types of accommodation:
Type A
Studio, 40 m2, for 2-3 persons, with a bed/living room with double
bed, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, balcony, with sea view.
These studios are particularly suitable for the disabled. |
Type B
Apartment, 40-45 m2, for 2-4 persons, (some of which have the entrance
from the balcony), with one bedroom with a double bed, living room with
two beds, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, 2 ba1conies, with
sea view. |
Type B1
Apartment, 45-50 m2, for 3-5 persons, as in type B, and with three
beds in the living room, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, with
sea view |
Type B2
Apartment, 50-60 m2, for 4-6 persons, as in type B, and with four beds
in the living room, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, with sea
views |
Type C
One large apartment
of 80 m2 for 4-7 persons, with living/dining room with 3 sofa beds, kitchenette,
two bedrooms, two private bathrooms with shower, three ba1conies with sea
view and one large terrace of 80 m2 with sea view |
Type D
One large
apartment, of 100 m2, on the first floor for 6-8 persons, with three twin
bedrooms. 1t has a living room with sofa beds for 2 persons, dining room
with kitchenette, 2 private bathrooms with shower, 3 balconies, two of
which have sea views. |
